Vinyl Mart Direct Product Warranty
- All PVC profiles and accessories sold by Vinyl Mart Direct that are used in the construction of making FENCE, RAILING, ARBORS, AND PATIO COVERS (PERGOLAS) are covered by a manufacturer's lifetime transferable warranty. This warranty is for manufacturing defects, as well as the assurance that the products will not peel, crack, fade, yellow, rot, or be attacked by insects. All non-PVC accessory items (lights, hardware, post stiffeners, surface mounting posts, post sleeves, etc.) have a two (2) year warranty.
- A manufacturer's warranty card will be provided with each order. This warranty card will be filled out with the original purchaser's name, their address and the address of where material was installed. This card will also include a description of product purchased. It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to sign and mail the warranty card to the manufacturer for validation. This warranty card is submitted to the manufacturer for the vinyl products only.
- Any warranty claims for non-PVC accessory items must be submitted to Vinyl Mart Direct in writing within 30 days of discovering the problem. This can be done by fax, e-mail or standard mail. All claims must be presented with a copy of the original invoice, photos showing the problem, and a description of the problem.
